2026 10th International Conference on Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Development


Welcome to the official website of 2026 10th International Conference on Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Development (CEESD 2026). CEESD 2026 is organized by Sophia University, and technically sponsored by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering (APISE), International Society for Environmental Information Sciences (ISEIS), and will be held in Sophia University · Tokyo · Japan from Oct. 30 to Nov. 1, 2026.

The annual 2026 10th International Conference on Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Development (CEESD 2026) addresses research issues in Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development and applications. It is a leading forum for researchers, practitioners, developers, and users to explore cutting-edge ideas and to exchange techniques, tools, and experiences. We invite the submission of original research contributions.

Publication & Indexing

After the conference, the authors can have one of the following choices for publishing their papers:

Choice 1: The authors can also submit their papers to Journal of Environmental Informatics Letters which is a Scopus-indexed, open access journal published by the International Society for Environmental Informatics. No publication fee (APC) will be charged.


Choice 2: The authors can also submit their papers to the International Journal of Global Environmental Issues. There is no charge for publishing in this journal, unless you choose the option of Open Access (OA) with an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 2,500 per accepted article (the usual fee is USD 3,000). You can find more details from information on OA here.

Peer Review Policy

All submissions to the CEESD will be sent to 2-3 independent reviewers for peer review. Reviewers evaluate submissions based on the requirements of the conference proceedings, predefined criteria, and quality, completeness, originality and grammar of the research presented. The notification of acceptance or reject will be sent to authors when the peer review is done.
Manuscript requirements:

1. Manuscripts must be written in English;
2. The topics of abstract should be relevant to conference topics;
3. Plagiarism and Duplicate submission are prohibited.

CEESD 2026 is now accepting oral presentation and poster presentation. If you are interested in presenting your research on the conference, without publishing your paper in the proceeding, please submit the abstract to us.
